Qingdao Suggested Itinerary

Day 1
You can start enjoy the day while exploring Mt. Laoshan, Taiqing Palace and Xiaoyushan Park. Mt. Laoshan is located to the east of the city. It is also noted for its Taoist culture for a long time where lots of ancient Taoist buildings are left. Among the remained ones, Taiqing Palace is the oldest with a history of more than 2,000 years as well as the largest, covering an area of 30,000 square meters. Although Xiaoyushan Park is just 60 meters above the sea level, it functions as the best point to overlook the Zhan Bridge, Small Qingdao Island and other famous scenic spots. Ascending the park's main building - the three-storey Lanchao Pavilion, you could get a marvelous view of azure sky, blue sea, green trees, red tiles and yellow walls.
Day 2
You can keep the day for Small Qingdao Island, which is covered by lush trees and surrounded by the blue Qingdao Bay. You can also see the Zhan Bridge, located to the northwest of Small Qingdao Island. The 400-meter-long and 10-meter-wide Zhan Bridge is the landmark of the City, which is extended into to the sea from the prosperous Zhongshan Lu in the urban area. You can then move to the south end to visit octagonal Huilan Pavilion, a two-storey pavilion full of Chinese flavor.
Day 3
You can reserve this day for enjoying the beach and indulge into local cuisine Then, you must explore No. 1 Bathing Beach which is 580-meter-long and 40-meter-wide soft sand beach together with the clear water and mild slope.
